Bright and cheery nautical decor will help to put you on "island time". Featuring two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are on the upper level. The master features a full bed with flat screen television, full bath, and balcony with sliding door and comfortable outdoor furnishings. An additional bedroom featuring a full size bed and double bunk, and a full bath is located in the hallway upstairs as well. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living area with large flat screen tv, plush seating, and plenty of reading material. The eat-in kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare and enjoy meals "at home" - electric range, roomy refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee bar, and dining table. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a utility closet just off the kitchen, and a barbecue grill is located on the back porch for your convenience. Located centrally on the island - you're a quick bike ride or easy walking distance to the commerce on Maddox Boulevard or downtown Main Street, or to Memorial Park located just down Eastside Drive. Pop into one the oyster farms and grab a sack to bring back and enjoy with a glass of wine as the sun sets on another day Gone Coastal. Please Note: No boats or trailers are allowed at the complex.

Welcome to Hill House! Wonderful traditional island home with fantastic new upgrades! The kitchen has been renovated, along with the bathrooms. Excellent in town location - walk to dinner, movie, shopping & galleries. Enjoy the beautiful Chincoteague sunsets with a beautiful water view! Hill House features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a first floor bedroom (double/twin Bunk) & 1/2 bath. Three more bedrooms on the second floor with a master suite (king) that offers a private staircase to the dining room. The third bedroom (queen) and fourth (two twins) are also located on the second floor. Enjoy the modern amenities of this lovingly restored island home, all while being in the middle of downtown Chincoteague's happenings.

The home includes four smart TVs, (one in each bedroom) central heat and a/c, and plenty of board games to keep you occupied during your stay.  Bedrooms are equipped with nice mattresses to ensure a good night's rest, along with cozy blankets and thoughtful décor.   The owner's suite features a king sized bed, electric fireplace, on suite bath with a double vanity, large soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. You will find two more bedrooms just down the hall, one with a queen sized bed and another with a double bed. There is also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The front porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, or enjoying an evening beverage of choice. The screened in porch has comfy seating for 6 and a firepit for your enjoyment just off of the steps. Come spend a weekend or an entire week at Salty Sea Lyons, you won't be disappointed!

This home is conveniently located to all the community amenities such as pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), fitness center, marina w/ fishing pier, restaurant, tiki bar, and more! (with a fee) If day-tripping is more your style, you'll love the fact that this home is located only 20 minutes from Chincoteague Island and the beach, or 30 minutes to Ocean City, MD and the boardwalk amusements.

Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them. Upstairs you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The master suite - furnished with a king bed, bath with Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower, flat-screen, and yet another knockout view on the balcony. The balcony runs the length of the house and is shared on the other end with a bedroom with a queen. An additional full bath, and another bedroom with two twins is also found upstairs as well. Crab and fish right off the dock, and enjoy cooking and enjoying your bounty together al-fresco at the screened-in porch on the deck. Welcome to 'Counting Corks' (formerly known as 'Smith Beach Pines'), the moment you step foot in this beautiful waterfront cottage you feel at home. The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is a short distance to the community beach and to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.
