Upstairs you'll find another bathroom (shower only) and bedroom with Queen size bed. (Please note: the stairs are steep and the upstairs has "knee walls".) The Chincoteague Bay is just a stone's throw - across the street - from the front steps... enjoy snippet water views! This home was built directly on Little Oyster Bay in 2004, and has a large screened porch with a hot tub. One bedroom with a king is located on the first floor (with a Jack and Jill bath).
