Only for the discerning traveler, 'Wildcat Retreat' is the newest in luxury vacation accommodations on Chincoteague Island. The reverse floor plan is over 2,800 square feet and offers views of the bay and marshlands where wildlife abounds from nearly every room. The first floor features 4 bedrooms, all en-suite with full bathrooms and a large recreational room with second kitchen and waterside deck. The second floor features the main living areas - living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room - as well as another waterside deck and screened porch. Whether you are kayaking or paddle boarding on the creek, sitting by the fire pit, biking down country roads or going to the beach, you will find plenty to do or enjoy doing nothing at all. 'Porter's Barn' has partnered with our friends at Sun Outdoors Resort (located less than 2 miles from the house) so that all guests may enjoy the fun resort amenities FREE OF CHARGE. This extra bonus includes a private beach w/ water rentals, pool, playground, "snak shak", comfort stations & more! 

Shared amenities include: a gas grill, 20 ft. radius fire pit, 2 kayaks, a SUP, and 2 bicycles. There is a boat launch on the property and two docks (one floating). Linens and towels are provided.

Enjoy your vacation getaway at Kelly's Cottage while sitting on the sunporch and enjoying your morning coffee, or snuggle up in the living room with some popcorn and a movie. The kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare meals for the week, or order out from one of the wonderful restaurants our beautiful Island has to offer. You will find all 3 bedrooms upstairs and a full bath downstairs.  Outside there is a charcoal grill and a large yard for your enjoyment. Kelly's Cottage also offers bikes, a kayak, and beach chairs!
