Description

Cozy and luxurious, three bed, two bath waterfront villa with private balcony. Beautiful kitchen space overlooks the bright, open dining/living area. Step out onto the waterside balcony and enjoy the water, wildlife, and sunset views. Bedrooms are spaced nicely - one full, one with two twins, and one king suite. King suite includes two mirrored closets, large bathroom with stand-up shower, and an additional entryway to the private balcony overlooking the Chincoteague Bay. Enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center within the villa complex. Conveniently located to our historic downtown area, you can walk to dinner, movies, shopping, galleries and more. This unit does not include a private boat slip, however, use of the common area marina is included.

- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. 
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

I love staying at this Villa 212 it's always clean and well decorated. I have many memories here as I have been staying in the same Villa for many years. It's easily accessible to down town and walking distance to main street stores. I would recommend this Villa 212 to anyone.

This place was great! It was very clean. The views were stunning from the balcony-we even saw dolphins one morning! My family enjoyed this very much, and it was stocked with the necessary supplies and utensils for cooking which was incredibly helpful as we wanted to stay in and cook a few nights. The location was wonderful as well-close enough to shops, the park, the library, bookstore, and movie theater! Would definitely recommend it for a place to stay! It even had an elevator which was helpful for my parents and it also had luggage carts so transferring our things was easier than we thought it would be :-)So thankful we were able to find this gem and would love to stay here again in the future.

Highly satisfied with our vacation stay at Sunset Bay 212. This is the first time we’ve brought our fur baby with us and I highly recommend this pet friendly condo. They have designated dog walking areas with poop bags and a designated trash can provided making clean up hassle free. The condo was very clean and walk in ready. The linen package makes life easier as you don’t have to worry about making beds after you’ve traveled many hours. Cannot say enough great things about our vacation. We are sad to leave.

We have stayed in a few different condos in Sunset Bay. This unit has some positives and negatives. Sunset Bay 212 hasbeen redone and is in good condition. The unit is convenient to elevator, pool, and parking lot. It has great views of the marina and sunsets. We even go to see a few dolphins in the channel. The kitchen is very sparse, we were a family of six and felt like we were continually washing dishes and on the search for a sharp knife or a second serving utensil. I’d rate this unit a 7.5/10 based upon other units where we have stayed

Super quiet and relaxing just what we needed. Condo had everything we needed. Had a minor door code issue and had help right away. Liked it so much we stayed an extra day. Will return to same resort, maybe a different condo just to spice it up.

The Villa was beautiful and welcoming when we arrived. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was relaxing to sit there and enjoy the sunsets. I would highly recommend this place for a nice quiet visit in the off season. It was close to the downtown and a nice walk.

Enjoyed the view,the pool, visits to beach and shopping. Many fun filled afternoons sipping wine, gin and tonic or bloody marys. Evenings spent watching sunsets. We ate at several restaurants. The only problem was the sofas and deck chairs. Please upgrade to that in unit 116 which was utilized by my brothers.

This spot was perfect for our family. Pet-friendly, kid-friendly (there’s a pool), and incredible sunsets! We loved staying on this side of the island - much quieter and a very short walk to the charming main street. Also walking distance to the grocery store. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We brought extra pillows and we’re glad we did. The quality of the furniture wasn’t spectacular, but with two kids and two dogs and so much to do around the island, we didn’t have much time to notice. We would stay here again.

My family and I love visiting Chincoteague every year. Sunset Bay Villas is one of our favorite places to stay due to the proximity to everything and the nice pool and workout room. This is our 5th year at Sunset Bay and we will not be renting this condo again. It was very dirty and poorly stocked (as far as pans, dishes, etc.). I do not expect it to be stocked like my kitchen at home, but a few decent pans would be nice. And, while I know it is rental, and it is not where most people want their best furniture, at least put a dresser in the room with the twin beds. We will be back to Sunset Bay next summer, but not to this condo.
