Each of the 4 bedrooms features a private full bath. There are bedrooms on both levels with the master bedroom on the first floor. The MBR suite has a private bath with jacuzzi tub and private waterside balcony. There's also a smaller bedroom with two twins on the first level. The two bedrooms upstairs are private wings off the game room. The game room has two separate gaming tables that young and old alike will enjoy. Checkers with the grandkids! There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room. The kitchen opens to the dining & living room areas which are flanked by floor to ceiling windows & cathedral ceiling. If you're visiting off season, there's a fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment. Off the living room you'll find a large all-weather waterside gazebo that opens out the the decks. If you're looking for a little slice of paradise at the beach, look no further! This delightful townhome is adorned with beachy, Kenny Chesney vibes throughout! Upon entering your vacation home, Sunflower Cottage welcomes you into the enclosed porch - perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening libation. Bountiful views are featured from this room, as well as most every room in the home! Sunflower Cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and there is plenty of seating outdoors if you like to dine al fresca. Amenities also include an outdoor shower and a large bench seat/patio area overlooking the water. Walk down the steps at low tide and stick your toes in the sand right in your own back yard!  To complete the vacation package, Cape Charles is a short drive away with some of the best restaurants, shops, and of course the beach for your enjoyment. Make sure to reserve your golf cart in advance- this is the best way to visit the town.
