Blue Marlin offers first floor living, complete with a half bath off of the well-equipped kitchen, a king sized bedroom with beautiful bay views, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a spacious sitting entertainment area featuring a sleeper sofa and large TV, as well as two bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished for a wonderful vacation stay. There are two twin beds, as well as a queen sized bed (with 40 in. TV) upstairs, along with a full bathroom. You may take notice to the many handcrafted furnishings in the home that the owners have taken great pride in creating. Blue Marlin offers front porch sitting, breathtaking sunset views, an outdoor grill, long dock with ladder, (yes, bring your boat!) - there's even extra parking for your boat trailer (behind the yellow house). This delightful two-bedroom house offers comfortable living with modern amenities in a serene bayside setting. Each bedroom is furnished with a plush double bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and for additional guests, a queen air mattress is also available.

As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a fresh, contemporary interior that has been newly updated to provide both style and function. The living area is equipped with a Smart Tv and Roku as well as a work desk,  perfect for entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen features all the necessary appliances and ample space, making it ideal for cooking and dining.

One of the highlights of this home is its expansive, fenced backyard. It’s an ideal space for pets  and for you to enjoy outdoor activities. The nice deck area offers a perfect spot for barbecues or simply soaking up the calm atmosphere of the neighborhood. Also enjoy a large firepit for smores in the evening hours!

Escape to the ocean and enjoy this contemporary golf course home!  Sit and relax while enjoying the golf course views from the screened porch; boasting easy access to pools, golf course, restaurant, and much more.  Come relax in the cozy living room with new furnishings, electric fireplace and smart tv. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and kitchen equipment that guests can use to cook tasty snacks.

The home includes four smart TVs, (one in each bedroom) central heat and a/c, and plenty of board games to keep you occupied during your stay.  Bedrooms are equipped with nice mattresses to ensure a good night's rest, along with cozy blankets and thoughtful décor.   The owner's suite features a king sized bed, electric fireplace, on suite bath with a double vanity, large jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower.  You will find two more bedrooms just down the hall, one with a queen sized bed and another with a double bed. There is also another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 

The front porch is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, or enjoying an evening beverage of choice. The screened in porch has comfy seating for 6 and a firepit for your enjoyment just off of the steps. Come spend a weekend or an entire week at Salty Sea Lyons, you won't be disappointed! 

This home is conveniently located to all the community amenities such as pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), fitness center, marina w/ fishing pier, restaurant, tiki bar, and more! (with a fee) If day-tripping is more your style, you'll love the fact that this home is located only 20 minutes from Chincoteague Island and the beach, or 30 minutes to Ocean City, MD and the boardwalk amusements.

'Porter's Barn' has partnered with our friends at Sun Outdoors Resort (located less than 2 miles from the house) so that all guests may enjoy the fun resort amenities FREE OF CHARGE. This extra bonus includes a private beach w/ water rentals, pool, playground, "snak shak", comfort stations & more! 

Shared amenities include: a gas grill, 20 ft. radius fire pit, 2 kayaks, a SUP, and 2 bicycles. There is a boat launch on the property and two docks (one floating). Linens and towels are provided.

Please note that this listing is for Porter's Barn only; the other two homes - Creek House and Hosta Cottage - must be booked separately. A direct inquiry should be sent for special event pricing or if you wish to rent the entire compound.
