A beautiful luxury bayside villa just steps from the water, professionally decorated, features luxury amenities including a walk-out from the living room area to a private deck and then marina area. Go fishing or crabbing right outside your door. The master bedroom suite is a dream come true - beautiful tiled shower, jetted tub, chair height commode and more. The gourmet kitchen will please your senses. This 3 bedroom villa will sleep 8, features high speed internet, Wifi, a smart television, ceiling fans in every room and a full-size washer and dryer. An easy stroll takes you to downtown restaurants, shops, movies, firemen's carnival, pony penning activities and more. Sunset Bay Villas also features a pool and fitness room for your enjoyment, as well as a large marina area. Enjoy waking to a waterfront view and the sounds of water lapping at the dock. Please Note: This villa does not have access to a boat slip.

Our family stayed at Sunset Bay Villa 101 for 1 week in July. The owners have put a lot of thought into what guests would need to know while staying in their home. The kitchen has every convenience and is well organized. There were informative notes where needed throughout the house. That was helpful. From blankets, umbrellas and raincoats to games, books, and Spray ‘n Wash. We lacked nothing, The beds were comfortable and the entire space made one feel “at the beach”. It was wonderful to sit so near to the water. Our grandkids loved watching the spectacular fireworks from the balcony. Thank you to Coastal Vacations as well for the freebie tickets to the water park! Our kids and now grandkids continue to build memories in Chincoteague.

"Two excellent places to stay sunset dreams and Sunset Bay Villa 101"

This week we had a few moments that seemed quite stressful, but turned out not so bad after all. We stayed at Sunset dreams for half of the week then half of the week we stayed at Sunset Villa 101 due to an air-conditioning issue in Sunset dreams that couldn’t be fixed during the time of our stay. Sunset Dreams is a beautiful place to stay! It’s spacious and very comfortable and a ton of natural lighting looking over the water. My husband, two adult children, and our pet dog stayed there for half a week. We enjoyed watching the magnificent sunsets every night, enjoyed having coffee on the back porch in the morning, even walked along the pier and sat on the chairs watching the water. The house has a nice closed in front porch that my husband used as an office to do some reading and some computer work. The house was very clean. It has very comfortable couches, and a beautiful spacious kitchen complete with a water view, many usable spices, and plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. The location was the furthest we’ve ever stayed from the beach. I can’t say enough good things about Coastal Shore vacation rentals!! They came to our rescue and found us a spot at Sunset Bay villas when the AC unit went out at Sunset dreams. They made every effort to make our stay a pleasant one. They even called the owners to Sunset Villa 101 to see if that was an option for us. The owner was kind enough to let us stay there even though they don’t often allow dogs, they made the exception for our family. We are super grateful for that opportunity to experience time in the villa. We stayed in Villa 101 a perfect unit for us as it was next to the water and was an end unit -a perfect grassy area for our dog. I can’t say enough nice things about Sunset Villa 101 (and the owner for allowing my family to stay) was a perfect spot for us! It is very clean and very inviting the moment you walk in. Super comfortable. We loved the bar stools in the kitchen and enjoyed the padded cushions on the kitchen chairs. This house had a whole closet full of games to play and DVDs to watch. We didn’t watch much TV as the view of the water on the back deck was enough for us. Loved the open floor plan as well. You walk out on the back porch and you were right on top of the water and it just calms you. Got to see many boat tours happening, and several people taking their private boats out for a nice ride. Sunset Villa 101 is close to downtown which made our bicycle riding super fun as we were close to everything. We are thankful for the opportunity to have stayed at Sunset Villa. Both places had different things to offer us. We are grateful to have experienced such pleasure. I would recommend either place our next place to stay next year and to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the sights. Also to the owner of Sunset dreams, there is a beautiful piece of artwork hanging above the flip-flops on your living room wall, it’s a picture houses and businesses in Chincoteague along the road. I looked for that picture but n every bookstore on the island and could not find the print. Where did you get it and how could I get one? I loved it!

This was not our first visit to this unit and we have already booked it for next year! We love the location (we have stayed in many units in Sunset Bay), the fact that it has 3 bedrooms and two baths and is big enough for everyone! This unit has many emanities in the kitched (some skillets need to be replaced. I made scrambled eggs one morning and the skillets were awful. Not the owners problem but a people problem for renters). Quiet location and great porch for watching the sunsets!

We had a wonderful week-long stay here June 5th through the 12th. Everything about this place is awesome. It's a beautiful unit, you couldn't get a better location, and it's so nice to be on the end with a view from two sides. We would definitely stay here again. We appreciate how easy it is to rent from Chincoteague Resort Realty. We look forward to our next trip!

The condo was comfortable and clean, and we loved the location right on the water. Coffee on the patio in the morning and drinks during the sunset at night. Lea was very helpful with answering our questions quickly. We'll be back!

location if sunset bay villas 101 is conveniently located near the parking lot so very easy access to your car. Being on the end at the 1st floor has its pros and cons. Pros include direct access to the bay for fishing, crabbing, kayaking etc. Cons include that it is a relatively high traffic area with people walking by frequently to fish or to walk their dogs to the grassy area to the side of condo. The view is pretty nice but you are directly next to the coast guard station which is unsightly. the interior of the condo is beautiful. nicely decorated and clean. But the furniture needs updated in a serious way. One if the couches has a cover over it in order to hide the torn cushions that literally have stuffing oozing out of them. the two loveseats are white and very dirty. The worst part of staying in this particular condo are the neighbors in the floor directly above us in 202. They have small children that use the floor as a running track from 7am-10pm daily. "Beautiful water and sunset views, quiet, peaceful"

This condo was very pretty, spacious and kitchen was well equipped (better than most resorts/condos). It is located on first floor, corner of building. Breath-taking views of the water and sunsets. Lots of windows for sun and views. Balcony steps are actually on pier. Boat slip at your door. Fun feeding ducks off pier. Love this place; hope to make it an annual trip and place to stay.

Sunset Bay Villas is a good choice. Being waterfront and having a deck is nice. Unit 101 is probably the best unit due to it's end location. It's weird and annoying that the units don't provide sheets and towels. There was also nothing, I mean nothing, left in the kitchen...no dish soap, no condiments or spices. I've never stayed in a condo that didn't leave the prior renters left over things in the kitchen. Makes the stay more expensive.Also, the kitchen was not as "gourmet" as I had hoped. The knives are all dull. No food storage containers. No food processor.What the pictures don't show is the Coast Guard base next door, which can be noisy in the morning. Blackout blinds are a great feature. Our relatives rented 203 and they can read books in their bedroom without any of the lights on because the hallway and parking lot lights are so bright. It's bothering them a lot. They also had no wine glasses.The sleeper sofa is only appropriate for kids. Wish the bed in the 2nd bedroom was a king.The pool is small.Again, I would recommend this place despite my minor complaints. I'm a tough reviewer. It's very clean and modern. Probably one of the best choices on the island.
