'Rising Tide' is one of Chincoteague Island's newest vacation home offerings - clean, comfortable, cool and BRAND NEW - that's what best describes this vacation retreat. Nestled on a plot of land at the end of an Oyster Bay canal is where you'll find this contemporary architectural masterpiece. The reverse floor plan offers fantastic water views from the main living areas (on the second floor). The clean, simple lines and classic, beachy décor all add to the serene atmosphere of the home - it's the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Expansive decks and outdoor areas add some additional gathering space. Perfect for entertaining!

The first floor features a master bedroom en suite (king bed and full bathroom), a second bedroom (queen bed), a den/sleeping area (queen sleeper sofa), a third bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full) and another additional full bathroom. The second floor features the living room, kitchen, dining area, a second master bedroom en suite (king bed and full bathroom) and another half bath/powder room. 

- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- No pets are permitted on the premises.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

"Rising TIde VACA"

THe house is a perfect home for a family get together. Well kept and very functional. All the amenities that you would need. They even have a small cubboard of staples like olive oil , lawries, ect. Very nice touch seeing that everyone forgets a thing or 2. ( I forgot my olive oil). The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable!! The kitchen is set up great so that many people can be in there at one time when cooking to get things done quicker! Love this house. This is our 2nd time renting it!!

We had a great time at the Rising Tide! Enjoyed the large kitchen and all the porches. Could use a few more pieces of furniture in the living room area. We enjoy this quiet area of town to relax after the day at the beach or activities! Thanks Rick, from Hershey, PA area

"Lovely Getaway"

A great home for a summer beach getaway. The house was clean, and equipped with kitchenware, bath essentials, and other household items to accommodate guests. The modern design is easy to navigate and the instructions for the appliances were also easy to understand. The rooms were a perfect size for our family. There were so many things that made sense about this place. Even the outdoor areas were spacious. The staff was also responsive and warm. There are just a few things that took away from the stay. First, the location – the street is incredibly narrow and could be challenging in poor visibility. Second, the sitting areas do not comfortably accommodate more than 4 people at a time. Despite those things, the house was lovely. I'm hopeful to book again next year.

Our family had a wonderful week at Rising Tide. It is a beautiful new home filled with natural light and lovely views. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable with many thoughtful amenities. Very peaceful location in the Richardsons Landing area by Oyster Bay and a great home to relax in after our days at the beach or enjoying Chincoteague. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
