Description

Come stay at this Chincoteague Island Charmer, better known as Lottie's Lookout! This large spacious home features 3 levels, with 3 large bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The first level features a front porch, pull out sofa, large dining table for family meals, and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 twins, (one bunk) and another bedroom down the hall with a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. On the third floor, you have a full sized bed and bathroom with a tub (no shower). Enjoy the outdoors in the large yard, or grill up some good food from one of the many local markets. Lottie's Lookout is in a perfect location, close to the downtown area!

- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises. 
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, roomy and all of the amenities that we needed.

The house is as very comfortable, our 3 children were able to stay together in the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor is basically an attic and not useable given the heat. House is conveniently located within walking distance to grocery store, Main Street shopping, and island creamery. Nice long private concrete driveway allowed us to use the provided outdoor seating, fire ring, and corn hold. There is no outdoor shower or screen in porch, but a hose and shed were convenient to clean off and store our beach equipment. Kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, including air fryer, French press and water kettle, pancake griddle, mixer/blender, and crab pots.

Great location, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, and has a great yard for relaxing or playing yard. We would definitely stay here again.

"Great House and Fun Time"

This house was great! It is an older house and the ceilings are low, especially on the third floor. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved sitting outside and playing cornhole! My son lives a few doors down, so this was perfect for our pony-penning vacation. There were plenty of supplies for cooking and cleaning too! The Dollar General is close enough to walk too. I would definitely stay there again!

"Lotties lookout"

It’s an interesting house! Fit our family’s needs just fine. The only complaint is that the attic room is cramped, even for 2 teenagers, and its window unit AC just couldn’t quite keep it cool enough. But we still loved it and enjoyed our stay.
