In addition, there's multiple open decks and a shared dock into Little Oyster Bay. There are three bedrooms that each have a king size bed, and one bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. Floor Plan: Downstairs (first level) features 4 bedrooms, all with attached private bathrooms. Two of the downstairs bedrooms and the sitting area have private waterside balconies. Upstairs features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area. There is also a full bathroom (shower only) upstairs.

Captain's Loft has fresh new updates! This vacation home is located just a short walk to Maddox Blvd! Close to everything, but situated perfectly for a quiet and relaxing stay. This duplex home features three bedrooms downstairs, (the king and queen bedrooms have smart tv's), and two of those bedrooms have full baths. There's another third full bath downstairs. Upstairs, on the main living area, there is an open great room with living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a powder room. Upstairs also has a queen pull out sofa.  Off of the kitchen is a large screened gazebo with a nice dining table. Relax and enjoy the close proximity to town, the beach, and restaurants.  There is also wireless internet access. **Please note that fireplace is not operational during any season** Enjoy a wonderful vacation at Captain's Loft!
