We're pleased to be able to offer 'High Tide' as one of our most popular vacation rental selections! The true epitome of a beach house, you'll enjoy the bright, cheery decor and spacious feel of this fabulous home. The downstairs features an open living room (with fireplace and flat-screen TV), dining area and kitchen, as well as over-sized windows and access to the two (yes, TWO!) screened porches. One porch features a wonderful dining set; perfect for dining al fresco. The second spacious porch features a large hammock and nice sectional lounging sofa. As if that's not enough outdoor space, there are also multi-level, open air decks on the front and back of the home! There's also a bedroom (king) and full bathroom downstairs. The upstairs features two additional bedrooms (one with a queen & two twin beds, and the other with a queen & one twin bed), and a full bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms are enhanced by sliding doors and private balconies. You'll enjoy snippet water views of the Assateague Channel! Don't delay, 'High Tide' books quickly. Please note: As part of the Piney Island Community, this rental includes water access at a shared community location just a short distance from the home.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 stories (with an elevator), a game room (ping pong, pool table, dart board, ring toss) and expansive decks - there's room for everyone! Situated on a canal in the popular Captain's Cove community, you have access to a boat ramp and you can dock your boat right outside your door! Also perfect for fishing, crabbing, kayaks, etc. Sun Rayes is packed full of fun - there are so many great spaces for entertaining and relaxing. The Captain's Cove community offers 3 pools (2 outdoor & 1 indoor), tiki bar, Marina Club and restaurant, 9-hole golf course, kids playground, dog park and more! (amenities are available for use with fee)  And you're only 20 minutes from Chincoteague & Assateague Islands (the beach), and 30 minutes from Ocean City, MD (boardwalk & amusements).

Only for the discerning traveler, 'Wildcat Retreat' is the newest in luxury vacation accommodations on Chincoteague Island. The reverse floor plan is over 2,800 square feet and offers views of the bay and marshlands where wildlife abounds from nearly every room. The first floor features 4 bedrooms, all en-suite with full bathrooms and a large recreational room with second kitchen and waterside deck. The second floor features the main living areas - living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room - as well as another waterside deck and screened porch. If you enjoy fishing and crabbing, or just sitting at the water's edge, you'll LOVE the 500' private pier that extends into the Chincoteague Bay! Vacationing with a large group? Enjoy your cup of coffee as the sun peeks over the salt marshes of Assateague Island. You can often see a herd of our famous wild ponies grazing to the right of the lighthouse from your private waterfront deck and second-floor balcony - not to mention the copious amounts of waterfowl and other wildlife in the channel. Pony View boasts three bedrooms - A master with queen bed, full bath, and balcony on second floor, as well as another bedroom with a queen on the second floor - along with another full size bath. On the third floor you will find an amazing view of the marsh with the panoramic window and four twin beds, and a beautiful bathroom with a rustic wooden sliding door. The ground floor is where you'll find the hub of the house - fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. A dining table and bar seating area, a half bath, and a cozy living area with floor-to-ceiling knockout views. Or enjoy the waterfront deck just outside the living room. Pony View is pet-friendly so your furry friend can enjoy the water view as well. Dock access along with a boat slip is available for your use. Crab and fish right from the house! A deep water boat ramp is found just at the end of the complex for you to drop in. Central air/heat will keep you comfortable year round. There is also a washer/dryer, and an outside grill for your use while you're with us. Memorial Park is just a short walk up the street for a wonderful waterfront park and playground, tennis and volleyball courts, fishing pier, picnic areas, and walking trail.

Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. If alternate parking accommodations are needed, please ask.
