You’ve reached Creek House!  Newly renovated and nothing short of spectacular, the WOW factor kicks in as soon as you enter.  Large living spaces with breathtakingly scenic and panoramic water views captivate you. There are Waterside balconies on every level and world class amenities at every turn.  Professional interior finishes bring true elegance to the home’s aesthetic of simple, sexy... and just plain cool. The natural flow from space to space is perfect for a couple to enjoy a romantic getaway or for a large group gathering.  With room for 14 guests, the generous bedrooms offer waterside balconies and marble bathrooms. The kitchen/ dining area can host any size party.

In the garage level of the home, enjoy a game of ping pong on the regulation size table or play a game of cards with the family! Also enjoy the shared use of 2 single kayaks, 1 canoe, and 1 paddleboard.

'Creek House' has partnered with our friends at Sun Outdoors Resort (located less than 2 miles from the house) so that all guests may enjoy the fun resort amenities FREE OF CHARGE. This extra bonus includes a private beach w/ water rentals, pool, playground, "snak shak", comfort stations & more! 

Where is Creek House located? Only a 20 minute drive to Chincoteague Island, Creek House is situated on one of the most beautiful slices of Virginia's Eastern Shore. Day trips to the beach are easy and convenient. Other beach towns like Ocean City, MD and Cape Charles, VA are less than an hour away.  

Creek House has a boat launch, two docks, five porches and a 20’ radius fire pit with outdoor lighting and wi-fi (Bluetooth) speakers system. Simply staying on the property to enjoy a vacation with down time is an option with endless possibilities. The entire compound is available for events and can accommodate up to 18 people (each of the three dwellings are rented separately). Pets will be considered upon request. 

In addition to The Creek House, the compound is also home to two luxurious cottages: Porter’s Barn and Hosta Cottage. Please note that this listing is for Creek House only; the other two cottages - Hosta Cottage and Porter's Barn - must be booked separately. A direct inquiry should be sent for special event pricing or if you wish to rent the entire compound.

GPS is inconsistent on Holden’s Creek Road. Please follow Holden’s Creek Road approximately 1/2 mile and take the first right Drive down the private gravel driveway (labeled: Porterville RD)  past the horse pasture. Take a left at the Y and follow the driveway to the property.

Check out Chincoteague’s newest Piney Island vacation rental! Hailey’s Round House is in a prime location on Chincoteague, in a quiet development road but just a short walk to the bridge to Assateague and the Maddox Boulevard shops and restaurants!  You could take a bicycle or short drive to the Assateague beach and access to all of the bicycle trails around Chincoteague and Assateague to enjoy the wild ponies or many of the restaurants on Chincoteague.   

Hailey's Round House is a recently renovated, beautiful 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. The luxury porcelain floors throughout will leave you feeling entranced from the moment you walk through the door. Spacious, thoughtful, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable are just a few words to describe what you will experience at Hailey's Round House. This home offers first floor living, a huge screened porch, quartz countertops, ample deck space, seclusion as well convenience. On the first floor, you will find a full bath with walk in tiled shower, as well as a complete living room, and bedroom featuring a full sized bed.  You can reach the second floor by a private exterior entrance, or from the winding spiral staircase located inside. Upstairs you will find a second living room as well as two more bedrooms and another full bathroom with a tub. One bedroom features a full sized bed and the third is perfect for the kids, offering a twin as well as a full. While there are many focal points of this fabulous home, we are certain most of your time will be spent on the expansive deck, enjoying the sounds of nature and the deer who frequently visit the yard or downstairs in the screened porch. Hailey's Round House is located in one of the Island's most desired locations of Piney Island! It is close to the beach and ready to host your vacation stay!

Casa del Mar - "House by the Sea" - is your home away from home... at the beach! Located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague Island, this grand home has been lovingly maintained and is conveniently situated within walking distance to the waterfront park, boutique shops, restaurants, movie theater and coffee shops! Casa del Mar is one of our newest vacation rental offerings, and we know you'll love it! The spacious, open floor plan features a family room and kitchen, as well as a formal living room and plenty of outdoor space. There's a master bedroom en suite, and the bathroom features a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Outside you'll find the perfect backyard, complete with a grill, outside shower. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a long day at the beach! And you can even bring the 4-legged family members as well! Don't delay; this one will book quickly! Floor Plan: Downstairs features the living room, family room, kitchen w/ dining area, dining room, master bedroom (King bed & Futon) and full bathroom (shower only). Upstairs features 4 bedrooms - one with a King, one with 2 Queens, one with a Queen, and another with a Queen. The King bedroom and 2 of the Queen bedrooms have attached bathrooms (tub & shower). Located just off of Ridge Road on the southern portion of the island, you'll find Marsh Point. A two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome unit with (shared) dock access. A lovely screened in porch dining area for cooking up the crabs you'll catch right off the dock and enjoying with family and friends, you're sure to be comfortable here! On the ground floor you'll find the comfortable living area with plush new furniture, a fully-equipped galley-style kitchen (electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area with table, a utility closet with a washer and dryer, and a half bath/powder room in the hallway. Upstairs you'll find the bedrooms - a master suite with queen bed and a full bath. The other bedroom upstairs boasts a balcony with a beautiful view of the salt marsh below. For sleeping arrangements you'll find a bunk (a full on the bottom and a twin on top - always fun fighting over who gets that one!). Another twin is also located in the second bedroom as well. A full bath is located in the hallway upstairs. If you look to the grassy grove across the street you'll be looking at the location of the former Beebe Ranch, home of Misty of Chincoteague. You can almost see the little pinto paint filly frolicking through the paddock. Sit on the bench at the end of the dock with a cocktail or a cup of coffee at sunset and feel the cool island breezes coming off of the inlet and Curtis Merritt Harbor, just a little further down the road. Ride into town to get a bite to eat, or grab a few ingredients at one of our local seafood markets (a wonderful fishmonger and lobster lady lives just across the street) to make something easy at home. No matter what you decide, make a point to enjoy yourself at Marsh Point.
