Book your stay at this quaint home, in a convenient downtown location. The updated coastal decor will bring on the beach vibes from the moment you walk thru the door. This adorable cottage offers many updates and has been beautifully cared for. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the enclosed porch, or relax in the cozy living quarters. Downstairs you have a full bath, and bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a twin sleeper in the enclosed porch. Upstairs you will find two additional living spaces with a queen and two twin beds. Outside you will find a large deck with a sunshade, perfect for enjoying an evening meal, or afternoon snack. There is a charcoal grill on the patio area, great for grilling a fresh catch- There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach.

Lighthouse View is located on the east side of our island and includes a private community pool for your enjoyment. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse features two first floor bedrooms (one with Roku) with full bath in the hallway and a master bedroom suite upstairs. There's water access across the street with a beautiful waterfront lot and dock. Lighthouse View features wireless internet and cable tv (with a premium tier that includes sports, educational, food and other channels).

Gone Coastal
Enjoy the cool breezes coming off the Chincoteague Channel while relaxing on the porch at Gone Coastal! Nestled in a grove of pines and tucked just off East Side Drive, this charming unit has everything your family desires for a wonderful stay on Chincoteague Island. Bright and cheery nautical decor will help to put you on "island time". Featuring two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. "Blue Moon" is centrally located on Chincoteague Island - it's not too far from downtown, a public boat launch, nature trails, and one of the island's most-loved fresh seafood shops!
