Plush, cozy furniture in the living area as well as a round-about room featuring stunning 180-degree views of Chincoteague Bay and salt marsh give you plenty of space to enjoy company comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen (range, dishwasher, refrigerator) to prepare meals for family and friends, which is connected to the great room featuring a beautiful working fireplace and natural wooden floors. Grey Heron features 3 bedrooms, each boasting their own private balcony. On the upper level (accessible by the spiral staircase in the great room) you'll find the master bedroom - with the largest balcony, overlooking the sweeping vista of the bay and marsh. A comfortable king sized bed and television, as well as a full bath. The floor to ceiling bay window delivers plenty of natural island sunshine into the bedroom. Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms - both with queen sized beds, a small balcony, and a cozy sitting area with view of the bay and marsh. Bring your bushel basket and crab right off the dock, then enjoy the bounty of the Chincoteague Bay from the screened-in porch. Bring your kayaks as well and launch them right from the private launch found off the bulkhead on the property. An outdoor shower to hose off after a sandy day at the beach. Welcome to A 'Teague of Our Own! This in-town home is an easy walk or bike to downtown or Maddox Blvd. Nicely decorated in 'beachy-chic' decor! The living room has abundant seating, complete with a flat screen TV and electric fireplace for those off-season stays. The kitchen is stocked to a chef's standards - there's nothing you won't find including a gas stove, sharp knifes and an herb garden. You will also find a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The three bedrooms are upstairs, and the full bathroom (tub and shower) is downstairs. The enclosed porch with sliding windows allow for room to spread out in any weather. Nestled in a cove along the shoreline of the island's most exclusive neighborhood on the northern end, you'll have everything you need for a perfect family vacation. ENDLESS outdoor space in the form of a long private dock with a large sitting area at the end, huge deck off the living area overlooking the water, a screened in dining area off the deck, and a large shared balcony off of two of the bedrooms on the upper level. The spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground level you'll find the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen opens up to the cozy living area, with a fireplace and an unbelievable view of Chincoteague Bay. You'll find plenty of seating for your family, just around the corner is another sitting area for overflow - or if you just want to curl up with a good book alone (no judgement!). Also located on the ground level is a full bath and bedroom with two twins - ideal for putting the little ones to bed but still being able to keep an eye on them.
