"Excellent"
We loved our stay! It is the perfect house. We had the whole dock to ourselves the entire time. It was very peaceful and quiet. Every restaurant or shop is only 5 minutes from the house. The bedrooms are very spacious with a full bath for each. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to view the inlet. I also greatly appreciated how responsive Coastal Shore Vacation was and how easy it was to rent from them. We would stay here again!

"Watermans Daughter"
This home is excellent for two different couples at the same time. Each bedroom has its own bath. Put the old folks up stairs next to the kitchen and the younger ones down stairs. Its quiet, clean, convenient and spacious. Having rented 30 homes on the island (both single and condos) this is my favorite condo.

Enjoyed our stay. We thought we had a better view from the pictures, but not bad. Close to shopping, Pony Museum, and park. We saw a lot of ponies up close while driving through the park.

"Great place to watch a Rocket"

I had booked a different property nearby and was moved here when they found damage to the roof of the other location. Kudos for checking it out before I got there so I was not the one to find the issue. House was clean. Got to watch the Rocket launch ( my main reason for visiting) from the property. Convenient to go to Assateague. Only complaint is I was locked out about 10 mins early and had to contact the management company to get back in.

Spacious and well maintained best describes this condo. Three bedrooms with three large bathrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and Master bedroom upstairs. Kitchen, living room and dining area upstairs. Very clean and looks as though it was recently upgraded and renovated; nice carpeting, newer kitchen cabinets and new bathrooms. Very nice decor too. Although not directly on the water, a short walk on the condo's property brings you to the water and some nice chairs to sit in.

This is a very comfortable and attractive home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation. The location is peaceful and we were thrilled to be a stones throw away from the Christmas Manor. We had a lovely Christmas here

This was a relaxing stay. The perfect size for our family of 4, plus our dog, Minka. We came to crab and fish but we were pleasantly surprised by the number of box turtles strolling about.

We are excited to introduce Waterman's Daughter! This stately townhome is located on a quiet lane off of East Side Drive. The first floor of the home features two bedrooms, both featuring full attached baths! A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located off the hall in between these bedrooms. As you make your way to the second floor of the home, you are greeted by a bright living space featuring a flat screen TV, fireplace, large windows, and doors that lead you out to the second floor balcony that features a table for two with a view. Right beyond the dining area of the home, you will find the fully equipped kitchen that features additional seating for three at the kitchen bar, a stove top oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The large Master bedroom is on the second floor of the home and features yet another full attached bath and wall-mounted flat screen TV. There's even a shared waterfront area - perfect for launching your kayak or canoe.
