"Excellent"
We have been coming to chincoteague for the past 11 yrs and have stayed at many different places on the island from condos to houses. I must say that this place was the nicest of all . When you walked in it was nicely decorated and felt like home. Unlike some rentals this place has decent furniture and nice beds. I was disappointment With the pool area it could use some fixing. I feel that there should be a net for people to clean the flowers from the Crepe Myrtles since there are so many. Also there were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone but they needed to be cleaned. Over all we had a nice time and the place was still the best we’ve stayed.

Everything was excellent, clean, and very nice that it had a master bedroom on the bottom floor. Only thing I could see it needed was a light in the fan fixture not enough lighting in the bedroom.. We will rent this place again❤️

Only major complaint is that the two full sized beds were unbelievably firm (I like a firm mattress but these were like rocks). Property was clean and quiet and well located.

Wonderful rental experience, easy to rent with excellent communication from the customer service rental agency, clean and comfortable with a stocked kitchen so cooking was easy. The pool was heated and well maintained, and having a washer and dryer was a huge help.

Bright, open floor plan allows plenty of sunshine and space to socialize. Relax by the pool after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a bug-free oasis on the screened porch, or grill out on the open deck. First floor bedroom is situated as a private suite with personal full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a second full bathroom. Rent Sea La Vie's sister, 'Seas The Day', just next door! **NEW FOR 2025: Kid's bunk room features a single Twin bed + a Bunk bed with a Twin over Full size bed!**
