"Excellent"
We stayed at this property a few years ago and then again this year (2024). The improvements were nice to see. Very much enjoyed our stay there and the visit to the island. Screen porch and covered garage are great.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Great porch and driveway carport. Weak wifi! Kept going in and out but we weren’t here for the wifi. Loved walking downtown.

Very comfortable home and location was perfect for our visit during the pony swim week. Drive way entrance a little tight but having a shady carport was a nice bonus. Will definitely stay again if we venture from North Carolina to Chincoteague.

The house was perfect for our Grandkids and their kids. It was well stocked and comfortable. The only problem I saw was the rocks around the fire pit are not level. I tripped and my grandkids caught me before I fell on a pipe that is sticking out of the ground. I'm not complaining. The place was perfect but you might want to fix that before someone falls.

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the tvs and the outdoor shower and especially the screened porch and all of the fans!! The upstairs can get a little stuffy in the hot weather and the fans make it nice. Thank you! We will be back.
