"Outstanding!"
We have been visiting the island for 30 years. Used Costal Shores for the past 2 years. Very pleased with their service and attentiveness. The Unit we stayed in the past few years exceeded our expectations. I've already recommended Coastal shores to a couple who wish to visit the island. Will continue to reach out as long as we continue to visit!

We have stayed at other townhomes in this complex and found this one to be our favorite. It was very clean, updated furniture, and comfortable beds. Overall, great location, and the home provided all of the amenities that we were looking for.

This is our 3rd year staying here. We very much enjoy the house and quiet neighborhood. It's convenient to everything but just enough out of the way of the busy streets. My grandson (6) says the lighthouse is his night light.

We’ve been staying at Lighthouse View the last several years. House is well maintained and has some great amenities available (cooking pots and pans) that we appreciate. The pool is the best feature that my kids especially enjoy. We are very pleased and plan to continue to rent this property.

"Great vacation"
Love the location. Quiet with a perfect view of the lighthouse from the master. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room furniture., wish I had that sectional. The best feature of all is having the pool just steps away. Highly recommend.

Nice town home. Quiet comfortable easy to get to. You can s÷ the chincoteague light house from the house. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

This unit was very well appointed in decor. There was ample kitchen supplies and a clean place for us to stay! (Maybe too many kitchen amenities, not enough cabinet space for food)

CRR has done it again. We have been vacationing in Chincoteague for the past 15 years. When our favorite Motel closed, CCR was able to help us find what we needed. This house fit our needs perfectly this year. The only thing we missed was the light house shining into our room at night. Lots of room for the boat, lots of fishing off the dock. Quiet, you never know someone is on the other side of the wall. Can't wait for next year.

Lighthouse View is located on the east side of our island and includes a private community pool for your enjoyment. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse features two first floor bedrooms (one with Roku) with full bath in the hallway and a master bedroom suite upstairs. There's water access across the street with a beautiful waterfront lot and dock. Lighthouse View features wireless internet and cable tv (with a premium tier that includes sports, educational, food and other channels).
- Linens and towels are included with your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet restriction: limited to one small dog only.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.
