The layout of this home was absolutely perfect for my family. There was clear and concise communication throughout the entire process, the customer service has been great. We will definitely be back next year!

Best home we have stayed at. Very welcoming. Would be good to replace grill grates on outside gas grill. They are getting in poor shape. We just ordered new ones from Amazon for our home grill (not name brand but just as good!) Thank you for the use of this wonderful home! Glenda Heyser

This is a beautifully furnished and elegantly equipped rental. The kitchen is unquestionably the best we have seen in over 30 years of rentals. The house was exceptionally clean and is clearly valued by its owners. Unfortunately, we are not early risers and the flood of early morning sunlight is a deal breaker for my family.

My family and I visit the island the same time every year for a family reunion. We love the Oyster Bay area and try to stay there when we visit. This house was way better than expected and I would definitely stay here again. It’s very spacious with 2 floors that both have bedrooms and bathrooms, which is very convenient. The open floor concept with large windows and sliding doors on each level was nice for the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. We spent a lot of time on the front and back deck areas. Each bedroom was decorated very nicely. The bathrooms are all very nice and updated with large showers. The kitchen was stocked with literally any utensils, pots/pans, dinnerware, and electronics you would ever need. Every and anything that we needed to cook was already there as far as spices also. There was a huge closet full of games that kept us busy and was fun entertainment. The downstairs has a huge laundry room with everything you need to wash/dry your clothes and even a table to fold your clothes. Part of the reason we booked this house was to have a dock for our boat which worked out great having the launching ramp right around the corner. I loved that we were able to bring our 2 dogs with us so that they could experience this awesome house as well. Everyone that stayed in this house loved it and I highly recommend it for others.

We have stayed in various houses on Chincoteague over the years. Langtree is by far the most welcoming, best-equipped rental with the best layout for our family! You can tell this owner wants the renter to feel at home. The kitchen was great, and now I want a T-fal Titanium frying pan! The only thing I would change would be to have the dock ladder on the long side of the dock so it would be easier to get in and out of kayaks. We loved how quiet the area was, yet easy to get to other areas of the island and Assateague. Thank you for sharing Langtree!

The property was well-appointed for our group of 8. The kids enjoyed the downstairs living space.

We liked it so much we returned this year and stayed for two weeks and had an amazing time.Langtree Has everything you would need for a great day and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and it has plenty of space for a family to spread out. The views from different sides of the house were amazing especially sunrises and sunsets. We plan to return next summer as well. We are very sad to leave this time.

Langtry was by far the best beach rental we stayed in our last five years at Chincoteague. The house was comfortable, well equipped and made us feel instantly at home, this was very important especially with our two pups! We loved it so much we booked it for two weeks next year. This house truly was the ultimate in coziness and relaxation which is definitely with our family needed after the past few months of being in quarantine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Langtree. My 3 other siblings and their families rented houses from Chincoteague resort as well and my parents stayed nearby in their camper. There was enough room to have everyone over and have a great seafood dinner one night, and grilling another night. The house had everything we expected it to and was nice to be able to bring our dogs who enjoyed coming with us, Thank you!!!

always great to visit Chincoteague. Langtree floors could have been cleaner upon arrival. otherwise, house was great and lots of room for a big group.

Our family had another great vacation in Chincoteague. Our stay at Langtree is perfect. We have enough room for all of us and we love coming there. (This is our 4th year). We love sitting on the deck talking and enjoying the views. Our grandchildren love it there too.
