"Everything you need for vacation"

Our family enjoyed staying in Joint Venture. We have been vacationing in Chincoteague for over 15 years. This rental did not disappoint. I have rated “Very good” only because the unit would benefit from some upgrades: Sofa sleeper and a larger TV downstairs; queen size bed in one of the rooms upstairs and better flooring.

This house is clean and comfortable. Everything is as described and well maintained. The double bed needs to be upgraded to a queen bed but it is fine for 1 adult. The AC upstairs doesn't cool as well as the downstairs.

We had a wonderful time in a nice and cozy unit in a quiet street. It was just what we needed. We could walk to many parts of town without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Great lay out for all our kids. Response time of the office was very efficient. And to make it even better, they surprised us with a gift which was perfect for our family!

A nice enough place. Just not our style. Property is as described. Decently kept showing the normal wear and tear of a worn out bed, steps in need of some repair. Nothing major. Location is nice. Tucked away from the main hustle & bustle yet close enough to the main thoroughfare to be able to walk to many things. CRR provides a wonderful management. In contact often. Quick to address any concerns. We always enjoy our time on Chincoteague Island. The natural environment, the town, the people are all so inviting. Variety of foods abound. Activities are plentiful.

The house is comfortable and has a gorgeous view, good appliances and great water pressure. On the downside the utensils were sparse, frying pans scratched and old and the living room furniture is tired and smelled musty. They could do with new couches with removable covers to keep clean. The a/c is great downstairs but upstairs not so much. But the location is great and the view from back porch is lovely. With a few small fixes this could be idyllic but I cant give it more stars for now.

Love coming to Chincoteague. We have been family vacationing here for 15 years. My favorite part is the beach. My kids enjoy crabbing.

"Comfortable and quiet beach rental house"

We enjoyed a quiet, lovely view out of the back of the house. We were very comfortable in the house. The kitchen was simple, but stocked enough for our needs. The rooms are not huge, but certainly large enough for us. It is in a very quiet area, even though you can hear noise from the putt-putt place on the main road. We really didn't find it disturbing at all.
