"Beautiful week"
We had a great week, sunshine ,fishing and crabbing from the roomy dock. Our daughter her husband and oldest son and his wife arrived on Friday to celebrate my birthday and enjoy so well deserved rest! Fun was had by all of us. Home is well equipped with everything needed, and comfortable !

Our group enjoyed Channel Watch very much. The rooms and spaces were comfortable and clean, and the open floorplan and multiple seating indoor/outdoor seating arrangements made it easy for friends and family to hang out together. The location of the house is perfect for adventurous people who want to bike everywhere. It's close to the main drag and restaurants, as well as to the wildlife refuge, and yet the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay again!

As usual, everything was great. The smoke detector in the upstairs small bedroom kept going off because of a low battery. The battery could not be replaced in this smoke detector. We took it down so we could sleep at night. It is on the bed next to the door.

"Super nice house"
This house was just perfect. Great location to ride bike to Assateague. Close to restaurants, ice cream, and shops. House had everything and more! Will definitely come back for spring break next year!

We have been going to Channel Watch for a number of years. The location is excellent for bike riding, bird watching, sunrise, relaxing on the deck and a well stocked house. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at Channel Watch many times over the past 20 years. The location is excellent to the beach and bike trails. Channel Watch has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Since we do not patronize local restaurants, we find everything for our cooking experience.

We have been staying here for many years. Different family members and differnet times of the year. It seems like home for that reason. We always have a wonderful time and the house is very comfortable and clean. The new suite on the 1st floor is a great addition. The dock is a great place to sit and relax or star gaze! Only problem with the property? Needs some foliage trimming! Hard to view the water from the house! Trim so of that foliage!!

Located down a gravel road that runs parallel to Assateague Channel, you'll find Channel Watch nestled in between the pine trees. The perfect getaway on Chincoteague Island for you and your family! On the ground level you'll find a bedroom with King bed and sitting/television area, an open-floor plan for the living area with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area with table for enjoying family meals together. There is also a large screened in porch area with seating if you want to take in the views and enjoy that meal outside - and honestly, why wouldn't you? A full bath is also located in the hallway downstairs too. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The master featuring a roomy king bed and private balcony overlooking the water, and the other bedroom with two beds - one Queen sized and one Full size. A full bath is also located upstairs, as well as a utility closet with a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the island sunshine and cool breezes coming off the water off of the private dock in the back. Bring your fishing poles and crabbing gear, and haul in a bounty to prepare back at the house. Or ride the bike to one of the many favorite restaurants located just up the street on Beach Road - The Village or AJ's for something a little more upscale, or maybe tacos from Pico or a pizza from Famous for something a little easier. You're sure to find something to please everyone! If you happen to be an early bird, you're in for a real treat when it comes to sunrises at Channel Watch. Brew yourself a cup of coffee and take it out on the pier with you, take a seat, and wait for the show. It's just for you. Bring your family and come experience island life for yourself at Channel Watch.
