Immerse yourself in luxury for days at this pristine waterfront villa! This condo unit provides the most spectacular views of the Chincoteague Bay, coupled with some unforgettable sunsets. Sunset Bay Villa 119 offers first floor living throughout with easy access to the condo amenities. An open floor plan, including lots of windows boasting those beautiful bay views! Upon entering you will find two bedrooms- One is equipped with two twin bunks as well as a TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and also offers a spectacular waterfront view. There is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hall, as well as a washer and dryer in the laundry room. As you make your way further into your beach retreat, you will find a large open kitchen featuring granite countertops,  stainless steel appliances and all the essential cookware to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The owners master en suite is situated so as to fully encompass those beautiful bay views, while also offering a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy an evening beverage of choice while sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets, or a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The balcony is accessible from both the owners suite and the open living area.  Enjoy the convenience of restaurants , shops, the movie theater and much more with the downtown location of the Sunset Bay Villa condos.

"Loved our stay"

Loved our stay. Fantastic views especially sunsets, easy walk to the pool, perfect spot to fish, beds extremely comfortable and well appointed kitchen. Only thing we kind of missed was ability to stream on TVs. Also, living room did not have enough seating for 8. An L-shaped sectional would make better use of the space & views.

Comfortable and spotless, well equipped for feeding a family of eight, this unit is one we will return to! The views are amazing and the ten year old could fish off the deck! We loved staying there!

"Just what we needed"

The folks were very communicative. Quick to answer questions. My only and I do mean only issue was that I did inquire about the type of coffee make and they told me it was drip. So I packed accordingly. It was a keurig. They even left me coffee beans in a gift bag. Other than that it was clean, comfortable and a beautiful setting. We will return.

"Water Lullabies"

We had a wonderful, restful stay in Villa 119. The condo is as pictured. Simple and spacious. The bay view through all the windows is amazing. The three bolted deck chairs guaranteed an unobstructed view of the water at all times. At night one can see the twinkly lites of the Ropewalk and the cars on the causeway. There’s the sound of the waves against the pier and over the oyster bed on the side. Slept like babies. The property manager was quick to answer questions and solve an issue in the en-suite bathroom. We greatly appreciated that. The appliances are up to date and hurray for granite stone cookware instead of Teflon! There’s no DVR but it is a smart TV so plan ahead if you want to have a family movie night. Thank you to the owners and realty company for providing comfortable guest accomodations.
