This property has a location that is rich with views and amenities. Situated right next to Memorial Park, you can sit on the deck and enjoy the water views as the kids run and play, or fish and crab. The first floor is an open room consisting of the kitchen, dining area and living room (with queen sleeper sofa). You'll also find a full bath on this level. The second floor offers a queen bedroom with a private deck that has unlimited views of the Assateague Channel. The second bedroom (upstairs) has two twin beds and you'll find another full bathroom on the second level as well. Need more space? Rent Channel Lookout next door! Located in lovely Piney Island within a short bike ride to the beach. This single story 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house offers a large screened porch, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room.Tall Pines has two bedrooms, one with a queen, and other featuring two twins. There is also an air mattress for guest use.  Piney Island offers community water access great for launching kayaks/canoes. To top it all off, Tall Pines is pet friendly with and outdoor dog run in the yard. You won't be disappointed! | | Note: Water access is a shared with the community just a short distance from the rental home.

Charlie's Cove is waiting to accommodate you and your guests! Conveniently located on Ridge Road in the middle of Chincoteague Island, you will find yourself immersed in complete comfort. Upon stepping through the door you are greeted by the simple, yet welcoming décor. An oversized couch is sure to relax you after a long day in the sand, cuddle up and watch a movie or play a board game! Charlie's Cove has it all... The kitchen is perfectly designed, offering an abundance of place for the cook in your family to prepare meals. There is a private den if you'd like to spend some quiet time away from the group. This home offers 3 large bedrooms - the primary features a Queen bed and en suite bathroom with large soaking tub and stand-alone shower. The second bedroom features another Queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Bring your furry friend to run in the fenced in yard - Charlie's Cove is pet friendly!  

**While this home will accommodate up to 8 guests, there is only sleeping space for 6 (2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds). Please feel free to bring an air mattress or cot.
