Welcome to 'Counting Corks' (formerly known as 'Smith Beach Pines'), the moment you step foot in this beautiful waterfront cottage you feel at home. The pet friendly cottage is 1,150 sq ft, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and TV. On the other end of the home the second bedroom features a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom features a twin over a full bunk bed. The cottage also has a bar room leading into the deck area, with plenty of seating to entertain. The dock leads to the creek and is just waiting for you to go crabbing, fishing, or kayaking or simply enjoy the beautiful sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee. The property is short distance to the community beach and a short distance to the community boat ramp. Also features an outdoor shower and a firepit area with plenty of seating. The cottage is located just a few short miles from the Historic Town of Cape Charles and about 25 minutes from Kiptopeke State Park.

Villa 206 is a new unit that has been professionally decorated and offers five-star luxury. Spacious and accommodating, the gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking your favorite meals. It's well stocked and ready for your handiwork. There are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom suite with private luxury bath and private exit to the waterside balcony. Villa 206 will sleep 8, and there are a total of 4 TVs. A laundry room within the unit houses your washer & dryer. Your stay also includes use of the Sunset Bay marina, pool and fitness areas. Come. Enjoy! Note: This property does not have a boat slip, however, use of the marina is included. 7-night minimum stay is required during all seasons.

From the tastefully decorated rooms and high-quality furnishings, you'll enjoy a great vacation without skimping on anything! Relax on the waterside screened porch, the sun deck or the ground-level covered porch after a great day at the beach. Or enjoy the hammock -- it's located in a nice shady spot -- as well as crabbing/fishing right from the dock! Clean your catch of the day at the fish cleaning station, then cook it on the gas grill. Bring your boat or kayak and dock it! Accommodations for 8 include a master bedroom suite with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with another queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks (2T on one side and T/D on other side), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 full baths, a large outdoor shower and a very well-equipped kitchen with laundry will meet your every need.
