Peaceful and stunning waterfront home! Located on a quiet side-street, Heron's Cove features a reverse floor plan with all bedrooms on the first floor, and the main living-level on the second floor. This allows you to capture and maximize the fabulous bay views! The second floor also features a great room with cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and screened gazebo. In addition, there's multiple open decks and a shared dock into Little Oyster Bay. There are three bedrooms that each have a king size bed, and one bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a private bath. Luxurious comfort while surrounded by Chincoteague's natural beauty and wildlife! Floor Plan: Downstairs (first level) features 4 bedrooms, all with attached private bathrooms. Two of the downstairs bedrooms and the sitting area have private waterside balconies. Upstairs features an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area. There is also a full bathroom (shower only) upstairs.

This spacious home features a living room and den, large eat-in kitchen and dining area, and a huge wrap-around deck -- perfect for enjoying the quiet, peaceful setting. The many extras include a hot tub (on back deck), and Foosball table. And, it is conveniently located at the back of the Chincoteague Carnival grounds, so you can walk to the carnival (July only) on those warm summer nights! Set back across the street from Chincoteague Bay, Homestead sits on 30 acres of basically pristine land. A cozy cottage, originally built in 1890, had been updated but the owners kept the original charm of yesterday but with the comfort of today. Now that charm and comfort has been expanded. A new addition offers a great room with a modern kitchen, dining area and room to stretch out and relax. The design includes oversized windows, sliding doors and a sky light. The house now has 2 screen porches and a balcony that lets you feel as though you are living in in a nature preserve! Homestead sleeps 5 but best suited for 4 adults. There are now 2 full sized bathrooms. Amenities include bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas: games, crayons and colored paper and good parking. And as part of the property, you?ll vacation alongside the oldest home on the island, The Captain Timothy Hill House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With a tidal pond in front and unspoiled woods in back, Homestead is private, quiet and with lots of room outside. A perfect retreat! So relax on one of the porches, feel the breeze from the bay, watch the animals and birds that come by or take an outside shower under the stars. A luxury vacation rental home with all the bells and whistles, Sea Oats will delight your senses. From the tastefully decorated rooms and high-quality furnishings, you'll enjoy a great vacation without skimping on anything! Relax on the waterside screened porch, the sun deck or the ground-level covered porch after a great day at the beach. Or enjoy the hammock -- it's located in a nice shady spot -- as well as crabbing/fishing right from the dock! Clean your catch of the day at the fish cleaning station, then cook it on the gas grill. Bring your boat or kayak and dock it! Accommodations for 8 include a master bedroom suite with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with another queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks (2T on one side and T/D on other side), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 full baths, a large outdoor shower and a very well-equipped kitchen with laundry will meet your every need.
