There is bathroom access on this level for guests that use the sleeper sofa in the game room. The kitchen opens to the dining & living room areas which are flanked by floor to ceiling windows & cathedral ceiling. If you're visiting off season, there's a fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment. Off the living room you'll find a large all-weather waterside gazebo that opens out the the decks.
