You can't beat the sunset views at Sunset Bay Villa #109. Located on the ground floor, this home boasts a private waterfront deck just off the living room. A cozy living area with a flat-screen, but in all honesty - it's hard for anything to contend with the view of the marina. Stately appointed, top of the line furnishings throughout the villa. A master bedroom suite with jetted tub, for relaxing after an exhausting day at the beach. Or use the beautiful tiled shower for a quick rinse to knock the salt off. Put on your robe and slip out the private exit to the waterfront deck to catch the sun as it sinks below the horizon. There are two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds. A full bath in the hallway, washer and dryer, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table for enjoying meals together. The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy time together in the shared spaces. Plenty of books and DVDs to keep you occupied on rainy days, or enjoy the pool or crabbing on the dock on the sunny ones. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse features two first floor bedrooms (one with Roku) with full bath in the hallway and a master bedroom suite upstairs. There's water access across the street with a beautiful waterfront lot and dock. Lighthouse View features wireless internet and cable tv (with a premium tier that includes sports, educational, food and other channels).

The home includes four smart TVs, (one in each bedroom) central heat and a/c, and plenty of board games to keep you occupied during your stay.  Bedrooms are equipped with nice mattresses to ensure a good night's rest, along with cozy blankets and thoughtful décor.   The owner's suite features a king sized bed, electric fireplace, on suite bath with a double vanity, large jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower.  You will find two more bedrooms just down the hall, one with a queen sized bed and another with a double bed.
